Ridge Capital has extensive experience in renovating existing facilities and developing new facilities to suit corporate users. For nearly 20 years, Ridge principals and key employees have met the specialized demands of corporate users and successfully completed build-to-suit and fee development projects for many notable clients including: CalSTRS headquarters phase I and II, Coremark International, The Hartford, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, and Nationwide Insurance.

As a professional real estate investment management company, Ridge Capital and its affiliates provide complete and disciplined investment management services to its investors. All prospective acquisitions are subject to a thorough underwriting and due diligence process. The Ridge team understand the critical importance of timely and accurate financial reporting. Ridge capitalizes its investments with internally managed, fully discretionary private equity funds, as well as institutional capital sources. Ridge Capital has fully invested three successful value-added investment funds.

Our team is experienced in structuring non-traditional transactions including note purchases, joint ventures with existing owners, and distressed assets or REO purchases. Because Ridge Capital often uses its own discretionary funds to acquire properties, it eliminates transaction risk associated with buyers using non-discretionary funds, making closings more efficient and certain.
